Autumn Yellow

Robert died on October 1941. And, as Second World War approached Paris, Sonia moved to Provence where she joined other exiled artists. Once back in Paris, in 1945, she was heart and soul devoted to promote her husband paintings. At the same time, she started to work on her own art again. Robert’s death released her from the believe that only one artistic career could be held by the couple.
